TEA MAKING AND USE

HOW TO BREW HIBUSCUS TEA?
As with almost all herbal teas, in making hibuscus tea; The BREWING method should be used, not the BOILING method.
To prepare Hibuscus tea, add 1 glass of (200 cc) boiled water and a small pinch of (1 teaspoon if in powder form, 4 if in flower form) dried or fresh hibuscus flower is added and brewed. Generally, after waiting for 10-12 minutes, the brewed Hibuscus tea is ready for use. Filtered hibuscus tea can be consumed hot or cooled.
While it is used for health benefits during the summer months, it can also be consumed as an iced, refreshing drink.
Lemon, cloves, cinnamon can be added to Hibuscus tea to add flavor, mint to increase the detox effect, and honey to sweeten.
For regular use and initially: 2 hours after meals (e.g. afternoon) one cup a day is sufficient. Depending on body reaction, the number of cups can be increased to two.

ROSEHIP + HIBUCUS TEA TO COMPENSATE FLUID LOSS IN THE KNEE
Boil 6-8 rosehips crushed in a mortar and pestle in a glass of water for 5-6 minutes in a covered container.
